Cancellation Policy & Outstanding Balances If a booking is cancelled in writing by the Customer with more than 28 days left before the date of travel, other than the initial deposit paid by the Customer, the Customer will have no further costs to pay. Any cancellations with less than 28 days’ notice, payment in full will be due to the company from the Customer. Deposits are non-refundable on bookings cancelled by the Customer. We are however prepared rollover deposits onto alternative trips at the time of cancellation only for exceptional circumstances. Your booking is only secure when a payment is received. When the journey is complete any remaining balances owed to Local Travel services need to be paid in full to the driver or the company, failure to do so will result in a charge against the card details that we hold for that particular individual.
